Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will open Rosewood Calistoga and Rosewood Residences Calistoga in 2027 in Calistoga, Calif.
“We are proud to unveil Rosewood Calistoga, where every element is thoughtfully curated to celebrate Napa Valley’s renowned culinary heritage and distinguished viniculture,” Radha Arora, president of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, said in a statement. “Through our Sense of Place philosophy, we will continue to prioritize our commitment to excellence by offering innovative experiences and fostering meaningful connections.”
Located across 118 acres of Calistoga’s forested ridgeline, Rosewood Calistoga will have Design studio Atelier Marsh carry the legacy of architect Ed Tuttle, who set the original vision for the property. The resort will have 129 guestrooms, suites and residences as well as its many shared spaces. Conceived to reflect the terroir as the seasons turn, the design will draw on natural materials and locally inspired motifs to shape spaces that support contentment and community.
Dining at Rosewood Calistoga will have local provenance and ingredients harvested daily from the resort’s gardens and nearby farms and wineries. A signature restaurant, intimate cocktail bar and poolside eatery will form the core of the culinary program, complemented by immersive experiences such as cooking workshops and vineyard dinners.
The wellness offerings will center around Asaya, Rosewood’s integrative concept, with six treatment rooms, a garden, hydrotherapy, a fitness center and two pools. More than 20,000 square feet of event space will accommodate gatherings, alongside a Rosewood Explorer’s club for children.
Rosewood Residences Calistoga will have 20 private villas and 13 homesites. Owners will have access to the resort’s amenities and exclusive privileges through Rosewood Reserve.
