Napa Valley’s Meritage Resort and Spa debuts new Pure Rooms

Driven by the hotel’s wellness-forward initiative, the Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa Valley, Calif., has equipped 23 of its guestrooms with air purification technology.

The introduction of the Pure Rooms in collaboration with Pure Wellness—a provider of turn-key antiviral, antimicrobial and hypoallergenic solutions for the hospitality industry—is part of the first phase of the 467-room hotel’s wellness program expansion. The enhancements reflect the resort’s continued investment in guests’ well-being and reshaping hospitality experiences through wellness-driven stays, according to the company.

“We are continually looking for ways to elevate our guest experience and the introduction of Pure Rooms is a meaningful step in that direction,” Joe Leinacker, regional managing director at Meritage Resort and Spa, said in a statement. “As we expand our approach to wellness across the property, we are committed to enhancing guest well-being and raising the standard for in-room hospitality.”

Pure Wellness’ Pure Rooms are part of a premium room category featuring a seven-step process designed to purify both surfaces and air, eliminating invisible toxins. In addition to purified air, with Pure Rooms, guests are given access to a hypoallergenic setting and allergy-friendly bedding.

The Pure rooms span a variety of room types, including 16 signature King rooms, five signature two queen rooms, one signature two queen ADA-accessible room and one signature one bedroom suite. The new rooms are designed to complement the hotel’s existing full-service underground Spa Terra and fitness center reflecting a heightened emphasis on wellness.
