Extreme Hospitality adds Mike Russo to its executive leadership team as vice president, operations. Russo has more than 20 years of experience in hotel and resort operations.
Russo's expertise in operational strategy, guest experience and team development will support the company’s continued mission to deliver exceptional outcomes for owners, investors and guests, according to the company.
Throughout his career, Russo has held senior operational roles with global hospitality brands such as The Ritz-Carlton and Loews Hotel chains. He has led teams across a diverse portfolio of branded properties, consistently driving strong results in RevPAR, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.
