Cain International has appointed Neil Jacobs as a consultant to support the growth of its luxury investment platform. With more than three decades of global hospitality and investment experience, Jacobs will provide strategic advice across Cain’s hotels and luxury assets, drawing on his expertise in hospitality, operations, and brand development. He recently launched Wild Origins, a full-service creative advisory collective and platform working across hospitality and residential, wellness, sustainable development, design and lifestyle sectors.
Jacobs served as chief executive officer of Six Senses for 13 years, leading its international expansion and integration into IHG Hotels & Resorts. Under his leadership, the brand became known for embedding wellness and sustainability at the heart of its luxury proposition, extending into both remote destinations and major global cities. His career also includes senior leadership roles at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, where he oversaw Asia Pacific operations, and at Starwood Capital, where he led the development of the Baccarat Hotels and 1 Hotels brands.
“I am delighted that Neil with his stature, credibility and track record has agreed to join us," Jonathan Goldstein, co-founder and CEO of Cain International, said in a statement. "The luxury real estate sector continues to demonstrate resilient fundamentals and consistent demand, and we believe that Cain's development expertise combined with operational insights sets us apart. Neil’s experience in developing and launching new hotels and building and managing hospitality businesses will strengthen that advantage as we grow our luxury investment platform.”
“Cain has established itself in luxury real estate with investments in some of the world’s most renowned brands and partnerships," Jacobs said. "The platform brings together ambition and quality, and I look forward to working with the team as it continues to expand globally.”
Cain’s luxury portfolio includes assets in global markets such as Miami, New York City, London, Beverly Hills and Courchevel 1850. The firm has held partnerships and investments with hospitality brands including Aman, Delano, Raffles, Six Senses, Soho House and Rosewood Hotel Group, alongside a portfolio of lifestyle and leisure investments.
