Noble adds senior director of asset management

Noble Investment Group adds Marc Dober as senior director of asset management, as the company continues to scale its institutional investment platform.

Dober will help lead asset performance across Noble's portfolio, collaborating with operating teams to drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and long-term value creation. He brings three decades of experience in hospitality revenue management and portfolio strategy, most recently serving as operating executive at Cerberus Capital Management, where he oversaw performance for a national hotel portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Lightstone, RLJ Lodging Trust, and the Goldman Sachs platform, CPG.

"Marc offers deep operational insight and a data-driven approach that align with Noble's strategy for driving asset value," Steven Nicholas, managing principal and head of asset management at Noble, said in a statement. "His leadership will enhance our ability to deliver long-term value across our platform."
