Rimrock Companies, a national commercial real estate development company headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., expanded its hospitality division and leadership team with the hiring of Jenny Meyer as executive director of hospitality assets.
Meyer brings almost 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, most recently as senior regional director oat Choice Hotels International.
In her role at Rimrock Companies, Meyer will oversee the management of the company’s operating hotels while assisting and providing guidance on the development and opening of pipeline hotels.
“We are excited for Jenny to join our team at Rimrock as we continue to expand our hospitality development division,” Rimrock Companies CEO Micah Linton said in a statement. “Her knowledge and experience in the industry will bring great value and we look forward to growing together.”
Within the hospitality division, Rimrock primarily focuses on the development and ownership of extended stay hotels, partnering with multiple extended stay brands on pipeline deals. Rimrock currently has properties throughout the U.S. including Florida, Missouri, and Montana while continuing to expand in the Southeast, Mountain West, and Western U.S.
