Waramaug Hospitality names VP of acquisitions

Waramaug Hospitality appoints Alec Ulnick as vice president, acquisitions. In his new role, Ulnick will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and structuring new hotel investment opportunities that align with Waramaug’s strategic growth objectives. He will work closely with the firm’s executive leadership to evaluate deal flow, coordinate with brokers and sellers, and manage transaction due diligence and execution.

Ulnick brings over a decade of experience in hospitality real estate, with a focus on acquisitions and investment management across institutional platforms. Most recently, he served at Peregrine Hospitality and its predecessor, KSL Resorts, where he was involved in acquisitions and portfolio strategy.

Earlier in his career, he held roles at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement, where he specialized in underwriting and asset management for institutional clients.
