Coury Hospitality opens its newest boutique property, The Seahaus Hotel, marking the debut of the first Marriott Tribute Portfolio lifestyle hotel in Atlantic City, N.J. Located on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, the non-gaming hotel is a seaside retreat, focusing on immersive culinary experiences and peaceful oceanfront tranquility.
Inspired by the scenic New Jersey shoreline and its coastal charm, The Seahaus Hotel has 105 guestrooms. Capturing the spirit of the sea and sand, each room has a modern blend of soft, nautical-inspired style and comfort.
The amenities are designed and curated for beachfront relaxation, including seamless beach access, an on-site fitness center, live weekend entertainment, plus wellness, golf and boating offerings in partnership with local vendors. In addition to an on-site coffee shop, CDM Bakery + Café, the oceanfront hotel also opens with the addition of a new signature restaurant, Cucina Del Mar.
Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Cucina Del Mar serves authentic Italian coastal dishes that showcase Mediterranean flavors while emphasizing fresh local seafood and seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is under the direction of Executive Chef Nick Faucher, a Philadelphia-area native who has led the kitchens of several Atlantic City restaurants.
“We’re excited to introduce The Seahaus Hotel and its restaurant Cucina Del Mar, part of the Tribute hotel legacy, to the Atlantic City Boardwalk,” General Manager Paul Joseph said in a statement. “The Seahaus Hotel offers an atmosphere of seaside serenity and culinary excellence, and was designed for guests to embrace and enjoy the area’s charming coastal setting – it’s an ideal destination for those seeking a more restorative and relaxing alternative to the city’s vibrant gaming and entertainment scene.”
Located near popular attractions such as the Atlantic City Convention Center, Atlantic City Aquarium, SteelPier Amusement Park, Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall, Tanger Outlets, boat charters, and several championship golf courses, among other Atlantic City highlights, The Seahaus Hotel plans to announce additional programs and offerings to promoteand support Atlantic City tourism and amenities throughout the year.
