Ben Soleimani has debuted its first collection for the contract market with the Gensler designed hand-knotted contract rug collection.
The Gensler x Ben Soleimani Collection uses New Zealand wool with a focus on sustainability and function. Gensler's inspiration came from architecture and art to what the company terms "beauty in the banal: shadows, pencil rubbings and "ordinary" textures.
The collection showcases Soleimani’s dedication to advancing his proprietary Performance Fiber technology resulting in fibers crafted from upcycled PET bottles that are designed to be indistinguishable from natural wool.
