Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown completes renovation

An extensive renovation of the guestrooms and public spaces has been completed at the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown.

The hotel is owned by Apple Hospitality REIT and managed by InnVentures, a Kent, Wa.-based hotel management company with a portfolio of select-service and extended-stay hotels. The 221-room property is directly across the street from the Colorado Convention Center and within walking distance of the Denver Art Museum, Larimer Square, Denver Center for Performing Arts and Paramount Theater.

The renovation—overseen by Crown Point, Ind.-based IIG Interior Image Group—features a redesigned lobby designed to weave together the threads of modern trendiness and the timeless allure of mountain adventures.

The guestrooms and suites include new carpet, wall coverings, lounge chairs, an ergonomic desk chair and upgraded lighting. Each room is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, mini-refrigerators, microwaves and Keurig coffee makers.

Newly renovated meeting space offers up to 6,700 square feet of flexible venues for conferences, corporate events and social gatherings. The renovations also include an updated look and feel at Territory Kitchen & Bar.

“Our new menu is packed with crowd-pleasers from crave-worthy comfort food to fresh, feel-good options,” David Montrose, EVP, InnVentures, said in a statement. “Pair your meal with a local brew or a signature cocktail and settle in for a relaxed dining experience you’ll want to repeat.”
