In line with the brand’s global refresh initiative, The Sheraton Albuquerque (N.M.) Airport Hotel has completed a multiphased renovation that updated its guestrooms, lobby, public and meeting spaces.
The multimillion-dollar renovation was completed in several phases starting with the meeting space, lobby, restaurant and Sheraton club-level lounge. The final phase of the renovation included all suites and guestrooms at the 15-story, 276-room hotel.
“The Sheraton Albuquerque Airport is a unique property where modern travelers can rediscover the past and this renovation has brought to life the beauty of the Southwest throughout the property,” Tony Sherman, owner, said in a statement. “At Sheraton, we believe life is better when shared and this renovation has cultivated an inviting and productive experience in the heart of the Sheraton lobby.”

The renovated hotel—within walking distance of the Albuquerque International Sunport—has a fitness center and an outdoor pool.
The renovated lobby has private or communal work terminals. The Sheraton Albuquerque Airport has more than 12,000 square feet of meeting space, including the 6,000-square-foot Anasazi Ballroom. The newly renovated public meeting space was inspired by the intricate details, warm tones and textures of the southwest landscape, as well as the historic Pueblo tribes.
The full-service restaurant, The Left Turn, serves American cuisine with a Southwestern twist while the LT Lounge offers a range of premium beverages and appetizers.
