ProVision Partners appoints new strategic advisor, technology

ProVision Partners has appointed branded technology veteran Jason Doebrich to the position of strategic advisor, technology.

Most recently, Doebrich served as VP, technology at Virgin Hotels, where he oversaw the implementation of various systems across the brand’s growing portfolio. Earlier leadership roles included Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Morgans Hotel Group, both of which furthered his reputation for aligning technology with operational excellence in the luxury and lifestyle hospitality sectors, according to the company.

“Jason’s unique perspective—gained from years of experience in the selection, deployment and management of hotel technology systems at the property and brand level—will be incredibly valuable to our hospitality industry clients,” David Chestler, president of ProVision Partners, said in a statement. “He understands the full lifecycle of hotel tech—from pitch to pilot to rollout—and knows how to bridge the communication and expectation gap between operators and solution providers.”

In his new role, Doebrich will advise clients on a wide range of initiatives, including technology strategy, solution selection, digital transformation, vendor alignment and implementation support.

“Having spent my career navigating the challenges of hotel technology from the inside, I know first-hand what it takes to make systems work in real-world operations,” said Doebrich. “I’ve been in the position of vetting vendors, managing rollouts and aligning stakeholders across multiple properties around the globe. At ProVision, I look forward to using that experience to guide both their hotelier and tech provider clients toward smarter decisions, better implementations and outcomes that actually move the needle.”
