Hampton Inn Melbourne-Viera changes hands

Hunter Hotel Advisors sold the 88-room Hampton Inn Melbourne-Viera, Fla. An institutional seller sold the property to a Florida investor. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.

The asset will be managed by Lincoln Hospitality Management. The transaction was brokered by Hunter’s Spencer Davidson and Sophia Pittaluga, senior vice presidents at the firm.

Sitting in Florida’s Space Coast, the Hampton Inn Melbourne-Viera is within 30 minutes of Patrick Space Force Base, NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Nearby corporations include SpaceX, L3Harris Technologies, Northrop Grumman and Embraer SA.

“This transaction highlights Hunter’s continued success in connecting Wall Street capital with opportunistic local owner/operators,” Pittaluga said in a statement. “We’re proud to have represented the seller, are excited to see the asset continue to improve under new ownership and remain highly optimistic about the outlook for Florida’s Space Coast.”

Fully renovated in 2023, the property has 625 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center and an outdoor pool.
