Marcus & Millichap has sold the 80-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel property in Plano, Texas. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.
Chris Gomes, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer. The transaction received additional support from Allan Miller of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team.
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Plano West – Frisco has 80 guestrooms across three stories, along with an outdoor pool, fitness center, business center and 350-square-feet of meeting space. The property has high visibility along the Dallas North Tollway and is near major employers, healthcare facilities, universities and attractions including The Shops at Legacy, Dr Pepper Ballpark and The Ford Center at The Star.
