Noble Investment Group sold the Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Ponte Vedra Sawgrass to an affiliate of T2 Hospitality in a deal brokered by Hunter Hotel Advisors. Noble acquired the property in 2021. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.
Hunter’s Trey Scott, senior vice president, facilitated the transaction from the firm’s Jacksonville office.
The hotel sits at the entrance of TPC Sawgrass, home to The Players Championship, the PGA TOUR’s Global Headquarters and PGA TOUR Studios. In addition to major golf events, guests enjoy the easy access to Sawgrass Village Shopping Center, Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa and Ponte Vedra Beach.
“It was a privilege to represent Noble in the sale of the Hilton Garden Inn Ponte Vedra Beach Sawgrass,” Scott said in a statement. “This transaction reflects the strength of the Ponte Vedra Beach market and the quality of the asset, and we’re thrilled to see T2 Hospitality bring their West Coast energy to Florida’s First Coast.”
Renovated in 2022, the hotel has 1,479 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center, outdoor pool and full-service restaurant, Mulligan’s Pub.
