Alchemy sells Kentucky Home2 Suites by Hilton

The 103-room Home2 Suites by Hilton Lexington University/Medical Center in Kentucky has been sold in a deal facilitated by Alchemy Real Estate Advisors. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.

Built in 2015, the extended-stay hotel was sold fee simple, unencumbered by third-party management, and with the opportunity for a new long-term Hilton license agreement. The transaction represents an institutional sale completed by Alchemy on behalf of a long-standing client.
